Sonifex AVN-GMCS-OCXO IEEE1588 PTP Grandmaster Clock with GPS Receiver
The AVN-GMCS-OCXO is a PTPv2 grandmaster clock, specifically designed for use with AoIP systems.
The IEEE1588-2008PTPv2 (precision time protocol) is used to synchronize all nodes within a network.
To achieve this accurately, this version is equipped with an Oven Controlled Oscillator (OCXO), which is accurate to 0.01 ppm (maximum 1-second deviation every 3.1 years).
