Triple Audio has been a specialist in professional broadcast and audio solutions for over 30 years. From our office in Bilthoven, we design, build, and install complete radio and TV studios.
We handle everything in-house: from design to realization and support. That makes us fast, technically strong, and flexible.
We work in a compact team with short lines of communication and direct interaction. No bureaucracy, but collaboration with engineers, developers, and management within one organization.
We grow consciously and in a controlled manner, with a focus on quality and craftsmanship.
Wat je gaat doen
Front office
You are the first point of contact for the phone and mailbox and ensure that questions reach the right colleague.
Sales ondersteuning
You assist in drafting and following up on quotations and monitor deadlines with clients.
Inkoop
You order products and materials, maintain contact with suppliers, and monitor delivery times.
Logistiek & magazijn
You receive and process incoming goods and ensure that outgoing shipments are sent correctly.
Administratie
You assist with contracts, documentation, and the daily organization of office processes.
Allround ondersteuning
You pitch in where necessary and help think about how processes can be made smarter and more efficient.
Who we are looking for
We are looking for someone who:
has MBO+/HBO working and thinking level
Is hands-on and practically minded
Works proactively and takes initiative
Can maintain a good overview in busy conditions
Is a strong communicator
Good command of Dutch and able to use English
Has experience with Microsoft Office
Experience with Odoo is a plus.
Lives in the Utrecht / Bilthoven region
