Chronoflex, the trauma clock specially designed for medical trauma rooms.
ChronoFlex is a trauma clock that is specially designed for medical trauma rooms and has key features to provide assistance in trauma rooms. ChronoFlex was designed in cooperation with trauma doctors and users from leading medical centers in the Netherlands.
The flexible nature of the system makes sure that ChronoFlex can be adjusted to every situation.
The ChronoFlex system provides clear visual representation of process times through a high-quality and highly visible 24" screen. With the included speaker the status is made audible, for example when changing phases and when starting, stopping or pausing the system.
A remote control is included with the ChronoFlex Medical system. This remote has four buttons for controlling the system.
The lower two buttons make it possible to start & pause the system (left button) but also stop the sequence (right button).
The ChronoFlex system can also display the timers which can also be activated with the two buttons on the top.
Time on the NTP-synchronized clock is displayed in the chosen timezone(s). This synchronisation makes sure that your clock is always right on time.
The dotted ring, encircling the digital time indicator, helps to visualise how many seconds have passed every minute.
When performing resuscitation you go through different phases/timeframes. ChronoFlex indicates these phases/timeframes by colouring the dotted ring.
Whenever the timer is stopped/paused/started or a phase transition occurs, this is made audibly clear through spoken text.
The Trauma Timer is used specifically in trauma rooms. When a patient is brought to the room there is a certain protocol to follow which can vary between hospitals. The process of this protocol can be displayed and monitored with the Trauma Timer.
Every phase of the protocol can have its own color in the dotted ring. Every phase transition will be made audibly clear. For example "Ten minutes have passed" of "Move on to the next phase".
As well as the remote, you can also control ChronoFlex through a REST API.
Simplified: You can use the software as a building block on your own system. This makes it possible to integrate ChronoFlex in existing systems, or to be controlled through a built in web interface. For this function a seperate licence is required.
